Italian salad sauce

* 5 tbsp white wine vinegar
* 2 tablespoons basil vinegar or herbal vinegar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 tsp sugar
* 150 ml olive oil
* 5 tbsp water
* 1 potted basil

Now, for the Italian salad vinegar sauce both varieties with salt, pepper sugar and stir well. Olive oil and water after being suppressed. Basil, rinse, and dry the leaves from the stems zupfen. Finely cut leaves and stir.
