Mango chutney recipe salad dressing

* 50 g mango chutney
* 2-3 EL lemon juice
* 75 g yogurt salad cream
* 100 g sour cream
* Salt and pepper
* A little Tabasco

Mango chutney through a fine sieve and removed with lemon juice stir. Yogurt salad cream and stir in sour cream. Salad dressing with salt, pepper and Tabasco from spicy taste.

This salad dressing fits to rice, eggs and vegetable salads, salad with poultry, shellfish or beef as well as to leaf salads as radicchio, romaine lettuce, dandelion, Frisee, endive, chicory and China Kohl. The salad dressing keeps well sealed about 3 days in refrigerator.
