Salad Dressing with walnut oil

* 200 ml vinegar
* 100 ml olive oil
* 200 ml of oil
* 450 ml walnut oil
* 500 ml beef broth (cold)
* 300 g of natural yogurt
* 125 g mustard (Bayern sweet)
* 20 g of salt
* 2 CL vermouth
* 4 clove garlic
* Pepper

Salad Dressing with walnut oil

Mix all ingredients in blender and blend to season. Mates with green salad (my favorite is lamb’s lettuce), raw food, mixed salad plate. If well-chilled about 1.5 weeks.

That’s a huge quantity, but we can yes’ ne bottle into the office, as gifts from the kitchen, with friends… or simply reduce the amount.
